The nude-coloured penis hat has 2 movable penises – when the pump balls inside the hanging balls get squeezed, the penises get filled with air and become stiff (pneumatic). The hat has pink details. The penises at the top also have plush balls. The plush penis hat is the perfect cheeky eye-catcher for carnival/Mardi Gras, parties, hen/stag parties, etc.
